I have the same problem with uninstalling. It is a HUGE program, and I do not want it on my computer. I have tried many times to uninstall, but my computer chugs and chugs for 45 minutes or so, with no results. If somebody knows how to get rid of it, I would like to know.

First, let me state that I am a software engineer by trade so this is not user error. I downloaded this program (1660+ Mg in size) and it completely jacked up my laptop. I get the system dump screen often, cannot restore my system because XP says Restore Unsuccessful”. Emailed support, asking to pay the difference between the CD/DVD download, and they flatly refused (said “try download again”). Download it again? I can’t even get my laptop to stay running long enough to uninstall it! I did use the program once before losing my laptop. It was not all that impressive, although it would let me import a 1-dimensional photo of my house.
